An insider's guide to Sag Harbor, the Hamptons, and Long Island's East End
While its disappearance for a few days was a bit troubling, I was please to see that a refurbished Sag Harbor welcome sign returned to its home on Main Street next to the Mashashimuet tennis courts. The sign definitely needed some care, as the paint was fading and chipping off the facade and there was a recent graffiti incident seen on one side.
About JohnWhile not a native myself, I married into a multi-generational Sag Harbor family and immediately grew fond of the place, which was one of my main drivers behind starting this website. My family now lives in Sag Harbor year-round and I hope to add an outsider's viewpoint, but with an appreciation of the local year-round perspective.
